"Very disappointing customer service experience. Yesterday, I already coordinated with our subdivision guard and processed the necessary arrangements because your team advised me that my appointment would be rescheduled to today at 2:00 PM. Your exact response was, “Noted po sir. Reschedule po namin kayo bukas ng 2PM.” Because of that confirmation, I adjusted my schedule accordingly. Living in a subdivision requires advance coordination for gate access, and these arrangements take time and effort. I even filed a half-day leave from work so I could be present and assist your cleaning team. What I don’t understand is why, after already confirming and noting the schedule, I later received a message asking if the appointment was confirmed. Then, on the actual day of service, I was informed that it would need to be rescheduled yet again. What makes this more frustrating is the lack of proactive communication. No phone call, no timely update, and responses often take a long time. Had someone informed me earlier, I could have adjusted my plans accordingly and avoided wasting my leave from work. I understand that scheduling issues can happen. However, customers also invest their time and make arrangements based on the commitments given to them. When those commitments are repeatedly changed without proper communication, it creates unnecessary inconvenience and leaves a poor impression. I would strongly suggest improving your booking process, perhaps through a proper service request form and better coordination with customers. More importantly, being attentive and responsive to inquiries and confirmed appointments would go a long way in improving customer trust and satisfaction. If this continues to happen, many customers may start questioning the reliability of your service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely left me very disappointed."
